By accessing or using VenuesAndVendors ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
  • Impersonate any person or entity

3. For Couples

3.1 Quote Requests

When you request a quote, you are expressing interest in a vendor's services. This does not constitute a binding agreement until both parties have accepted a formal proposal.

3.2 Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to the terms agreed upon between you and the vendor. We facilitate payments but are not a party to the service agreement between you and vendors.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual vendors. Please review vendor terms before booking.

4. For Vendors

4.1 Listing Requirements

Vendors must provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and availability. Misleading or false information may result in account suspension.

4.2 Service Delivery

Vendors are responsible for delivering services as described in their listings and proposals. Failure to deliver may result in penalties and account review.

4.3 Fees and Commissions

We charge a commission on successful bookings. Commission rates and payment terms are outlined in your vendor agreement.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of our payment processor.

5.2 Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change, and vendors may update their pricing at any time.

5.3 Refunds

Refund policies vary by vendor and are outlined in individual service agreements. We facilitate refunds in accordance with vendor policies and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VenuesAndVendors Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform.

7. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors listed on our Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VenuesAndVendors Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Content you submit or transmit through the Platform

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
