How do I search for vendors?
Use our search page to browse vendors by category, location, price range, and ratings. You can filter results and view detailed vendor profiles with menus, catalogs, and reviews.
How do I request a quote?
Click "Request a Quote" on any vendor profile. Fill in your event details, date, guest count, and any special requirements. Vendors will respond with personalized quotes.
Can I view vendor menus and catalogs?
Yes! Many vendors have uploaded their menus and catalogs. Look for the "View Menu" or "View Catalog" button on vendor profiles.
How do I book a vendor?
After receiving quotes, you can accept a proposal. You'll be able to pay deposits and manage your bookings through your couple dashboard.
For Vendors
How do I list my business?
Click "List Your Business" and register as a vendor. Complete your profile, upload your menus/catalogs, and set your pricing. Once approved, your listing will go live.
How do I respond to quote requests?
You'll receive notifications for new RFQs. View the details, create a proposal with pricing, and submit it to the couple.
What are the fees?
We charge a small commission on successful bookings. There are no upfront fees to list your business. See our pricing page for details.
How do I manage my listings?
Use your vendor dashboard to update your profile, manage listings, respond to RFQs, and track your bookings.
Payments & Billing
How do payments work?
Couples pay deposits through our secure payment system. Remaining balances are handled directly between you and the vendor, or through our platform.
When do I get paid?
For vendors, payments are processed after the event is completed and confirmed by the couple. Payment terms vary by vendor.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.
Account & Settings
How do I update my profile?
Go to your dashboard and click "Edit Profile". You can update your information, photos, and preferences at any time.
Can I change my password?
Yes, go to Account Settings in your dashboard and select "Change Password".
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team to request account deletion. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
