We're seeking a Data Analyst to help us understand our users, marketplace dynamics, and business performance. You'll work with data to provide insights that drive product and business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics
• Track marketplace performance and trends
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for growth and optimization
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results
• Work with product team to define success metrics
• Present findings to leadership team
• Build predictive models for business forecasting

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of data analysis experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with A/B testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Nice to Have

• Experience with marketplace or e-commerce analytics
• Knowledge of machine learning
• Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
• Previous experience in the wedding industry
