Job Description

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide outstanding support to our users. You'll be the first point of contact for couples and vendors, helping them navigate our platform and resolve any issues.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Help users navigate our platform and use features
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Process refunds and handle billing inquiries
  • Collect and document user feedback
  • Create and update support documentation
  • Work with other teams to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years of customer support experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with users
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with support tools (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Tech-savvy and quick learner
  • Positive attitude and team player

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the wedding or events industry
  • Knowledge of our platform
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Multilingual abilities
