Job Description
We're seeking a Vendor Success Manager to help wedding vendors succeed on our platform. You'll be the primary point of contact for our vendor partners, helping them maximize their success, optimize their listings, and grow their businesses through our marketplace.
What You'll Do
- Onboard new wedding vendors and guide them through setup
- Help vendors create compelling listings and profiles
- Optimize vendor listings for better visibility and bookings
- Provide training on platform features and best practices
- Monitor vendor performance metrics and provide insights
- Help vendors improve their response rates and booking conversions
- Address vendor concerns and resolve issues quickly
- Collect and share vendor feedback with product team
- Identify opportunities for vendor growth and upselling
- Build strong relationships with vendor partners
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple vendor accounts simultaneously
- Empathy and patience when working with vendors
- Data-driven approach to vendor success
- Passion for helping wedding businesses succeed
- Understanding of the wedding industry
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the wedding or events industry
- Knowledge of marketplace platforms
- Experience with analytics tools
- Previous experience in B2B customer success
- Experience working with small businesses
